Binaural beats promote a relaxing meditative mental state. Binaural beats captivate your mind within approximately seven minutes, about the time it takes for a hypnotic induction and deepener to hypnotize you. Many listeners become entrained in less time, especially if they frequently tune in to hypnosis mp3’s or music driven binaural beats recordings. Reflecting the definition of binaural, meaning that they occur in both ears, you should listen to any of my hypnosis files featuring binaural beats with a stereo headphone set or dual stereo ear buds to enjoy the blissfulness that bb (binaural beats) can offer.
