1. It is widely published that almost all hypnosis relies on self-hypnosis. Therefore, if you have the ability to self-hypnotize, you should respond to the induction and deepener process as if you are self-hypnotizing, while allowing me, the hypnotist, to be your guide.
2. You generally seek hypno because you want to be tranced! If you want something pleasurable to happen, you will make an effort to mentally empower it to happen.
3. We all crave altered states of consciousness. Don’t you want to feel relaxed, feel your breathing naturally slow down, experience seductive sexual arousal, etc. Hypnosis allows you to experience an altered state and the inherent pleasure it brings you without risk.
4. People don’t want to fail tests, so when I give you a hypnosis suggestibility test, you want to pass!
